Christa Queen-Sutherland

Christa Queen-Sutherland joined the firm in 2019 as an associate in the complex litigation department. Christa received her Juris Doctor with honors from Stetson University College of Law in 2011 and her undergraduate degree in English Literature from University of Richmond in 2008. While at Stetson, Christa served as a research assistant in Constitutional Law, a teaching fellow for the Research and Writing Department, and was a volunteer for the Innocence Initiative at Stetson Law. Prior to graduating, Christa interned with the Honorable Craig C. Villanti of the Second District Court of Appeal, the Honorable Judge Susan C. Bucklew for the Middle District of Florida, and the Honorable Justice James E.C. Perry of the Florida Supreme Court.

After graduating law school, Christa served as a staff attorney for the Honorable Justice James E.C. Perry of the Florida Supreme Court. After her clerkship, she worked as the Director of Government Grants and Compliance in the Federal and State Compliance department for a school district in Houston, Texas.
