Paul received his undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida in Tampa and his law degree from Columbia Law School in New York City. Paul began his career at Trenam, Kemker in Tampa in 1996. At Trenam, Paul litigated complex commercial disputes, deceptive practice and antitrust cases, class actions, and bankruptcy matters. His practice has since focused on these core subjects, though he has also gained significant experience in intellectual property matters, corporate governance disputes, and probate litigation.
