Dustin D. Deese rejoined Trenam Kemker in August 2008 as an associate in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group.
Dustin was an associate with the firm from September 2003 until 2006. He practiced at McIntyre, Deese, Baruch, Panzarella & Thanasides, P.L. from 2006 until 2008.
Prior to joining the firm in 2003, Dustin clerked for the Honorable Patricia C. Fawsett, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
In 2002, Dustin received his J.D., summa cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law. While at Stetson, Dustin served on the Stetson Law Review and was a recipient of the Dana Foundation Merit Scholarship. He received a B.S. in Accounting and a B.S. in Finance from the University of South Florida.
Dustin is a member of the American Bar Association, the Hillsborough County Bar Association and The Florida Bar.
